Dirt Tech Cowboyz is pre-launch. No checkout exists, no order can be placed, and no payment can be taken. Product pages describe pieces that are planned for Drop 01. Specs, colors, sizes and prices are all subject to change before the drop opens, and any of these pieces may not be produced at all.

Prices shown are planned opening prices. They are not an offer and nothing on this site creates a contract to sell.

The drop notification list

Joining the list means you get email about the launch and about stock. It reserves nothing, guarantees nothing about availability or price, and costs nothing. You can leave at any time.

Product imagery

The garment photography on this site is pre-production visualization, not photographs of finished stock. Final pieces will differ in fabric hand, print placement and shade. Real photography replaces these images before anything is sold.

Not safety equipment

Nothing sold or shown here is personal protective equipment. No piece is ANSI 107 rated, flame resistant, arc rated, cut rated or certified for any protective purpose, including the high visibility colored garment. Do not substitute any of it for rated gear your job requires.

Trademarks

The Dirt Tech Cowboyz badge and wordmark belong to the operator of the brand. Other brand names that appear anywhere on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe or compare. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

The site itself

The site is provided as it is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate, but no warranty is given that it is complete or error free, and it may be changed or taken down at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County.
